How do you Ship?

I use Canada Post and USPS to ship my bags. Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be shipped out from my Nelson BC studio.

I offer flat rate shipping of $9 for Canadian Standard Shipping and $12 for Xpress Post. $17 for US Standard and $20 for US Expedited Parcel.  

Within Canada, your order will get to you in 2-10 business days with standard shipping and 2-4 business days with Xpress Post. For orders to the US and International, allow 5-10 business days.

What materials do you use?

Black and White collection: I use washable fabric paint on 10 oz cotton duck fabric.

Camo collection: I use washable fabric paint on 8 oz cotton camo fabric.

Then I spray on a coat or two of sealant (think shoe protector!) which acts as a seal for the fabric that is not covered with the fabric paint and aids in stain resistance.

For the leather detail, I use 2-3 oz soft garment leather.

I love surprising you with fun cotton prints in the lining of my bags which I source from all over and buy in small batches.

The snaps I use are a durable metal magnet, easy to open and close with a gentle pull with one hand.

I use YKK zippers.

How can I wash my bag?

For best results, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Or dry clean unless it says that it is washable product in the description. If so, wash on cold/gentle and lay flat to dry.

Will you eventually offer more patterns?

Yes! I intend to add new products, styles and prints often. Please visit my site again for updates.

Do you offer wholesale?

I currently offer wholesale to a select number of retailers.  If you are interested please email me at: brie@brieneilson.com

Do you accept Returns or Refunds?

I offer refunds (excluding shipping and custom charges) for items returned within 7 days of receipt.  Items that are returned must be sent in the same condition as they were received, undamaged, unworn with tags on.

Reimbursement will occur within 7 days of receiving the returned item. 

Please note items shipped via the 'Free shipping on items over $150' offer, will be refunded the item price minus the initial shipping cost. Shipping is the responsibility of the returner, COD packages will not be accepted. If the item is not returned in it's original condition the returner is responsible for any loss in value. I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, or any duty or custom fees that may occur during the return process.
